Triumph 650 Cylinder Base Stud Set 1955-1968 PN# 70-0672 70-3523

Kit is complete with (6) 70-0672 cylinder base studs, and (2) 70-3523 grooved studs, for use with hollow dowels. Cylinder base studs are 1-5/8″ long with 3/8-26 CEI threads, used on later pre-unit and earlier unit Triumph 650 models.  Cylinder base studs are used to attach the cylinder barrel to the crankcase. Cylinder base studs are installed using a special stud installer tool or can be installed by tightening (2) nuts together to form a bolt head, so a socket or spanner can be used to tighten the stud.
