Triumph 650 Big Bore Replacement Piston & Rings Set Aerco 76mm PN# TBS-0153, TBS-0154

This replacement piston and piston ring set is supplied with standard sized 76mm pistons and piston rings, specific for fitment with the Aerco PS215 long-rod 650 to 750 big bore cylinder barrels with standard bore. Not compatible with Triumph TR7 and T140 cylinders and connecting rods. Genuine Aerco pistons and Goetze piston rings are among the finest quality available and are sourced from the UK. This piston set is in standard bore size and will not be compatible for cylinders bored to oversize. The set comes complete with wrist pins and circlips. The replacement pistons and piston rings must be correctly fitted to the standard-sized cylinder bores, with piston ring gaps and piston skirt clearances accurately measured to assure top engine performance. The procedure for fitting pistons and piston rings is the same as for any stock Triumph engine.
