Triumph 650 750 Bonneville Tiger Engine to Frame Bolt Set 1971-82 PN# TBS-0068

The engine to frame mounting hardware set is a comprehensive set of bolts, nuts, and washers finished in zinc plating. The 26-piece set includes the 7/16″ front and lower engine mounting bolts, washers, and nuts, as well as the 5/16″ engine plate bolts and nuts. Sourced from Tri-Cor in the UK, the following parts are included in the kit: (1) 21-2112 Bottom engine mounting stud/bolt 7/16-20 x 10-1/8″ (1) 14-0254 Front engine mounting bolt 7/16-20 x 3-1/2″ (2) 14-1304 Cleveloc nuts 7/16-20 (4) 60-2332 Washers 7/16″ ID (5) 14-0115 Bolts 5/16-24 x 7/8″ (2) 14-0220 Bolts 5/16-24 x 1-3/4″ (2) 14-0221 Bolts 5/16-24 x 2″ (9) Cleveloc Nuts 5/16-24 (9) 60-2321 Washers 5/16″ ID The 7/16″ bolts, washers, and nuts secure the engine unit to the frame at the front and bottom mounting lugs. The 5/16″ bolts, washers, and nuts are used to secure the engine unit to the mounting plates and the mounting plates to the frame. The integrity of the hardware and correct length bolts are critical to properly fitting the engine unit to the frame. The larger 7/16″ bolts require special ‘handed’ spacers, which are not included in the hardware set. The spacers are used to center the engine unit in the frame. The 5/16″ bolts are inserted through the backside of the mounting plates and the washers and nuts face the outside of the plates.  The product images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product received.
